PRIME

BERWINLEIGHTONPAISNERWork experience is an essential stepping stone for students to develop their knowledge of a job, an industry and the world of work. Students from less privileged backgrounds often have no or limited access to high-quality work experience. PRIME was set up to address this and to ensure fair and equal access to work experience in the legal sector.

Leading law firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) approached Pure Potential to help them to establish their PRIME programme for sixth form students in 2013. Pure Potential worked with BLP to build relationships with partner schools in London and was responsible for marketing the programme and recruiting students. In addition, Pure Potential delivered two interview skills training workshops which were perfectly pitched to match the calibre of the students on the programme.

Pure Potential has a database of over 6,000 sixth formers, 9,000 named contacts at schools across the UK. If you are interested in committing to the PRIME agreement and would like Pure Potential to help you to establish your programme, promote the scheme to our students and teachers or deliver workshops as part of the placement, please get in touch.
